Games End

It has been a little over a year now and Bev, Brian, Traci, Abdul, and even Ray the Raven, along with my self of course have left a mark on the Village of Devere in O'Malley County along the Lake of Mann.  Our little pub called O'Brian's Black and Tan has become the focal point of friendship, culture, and village information gathering and dissemination.  However everything is a game and games end or at least altered to fit the future.

Brian has decided to return to Illinois and continue in the landscaping business with his knew wife who came here a few months ago for a short visit.  Traci is taking home the local Liberian, Scott, and they plan to go into business with Doris, Traci's mother, in the restaurant business.  That leaves Bev and I to fend for ourselves.  Abdul will continue here as a bartender basically because he does not drink and Bev has employed one of the local girls to help in the kitchen.  I will continue to do what I do best and that is practice my retirement and story telling with the utmost ability.

We will return to our place in Tucson eventually but don't know exactly when, but in the mean time, if any of you ever find yourself in Ireland, in the County of O'Malley, in the village of Devere along the Lake of Mann stop in at the pub called O'Brian's Black and Tan look for the guy sitting at the end of the bar with  a Raven probably on his shoulder and that will be me.  The first drink will be on the house.
